Join Our Team as a Midday Supervisor at Axcis Education

Axcis Education is thrilled to announce the opening for Midday Supervisors to become integral members of our dynamic team. This role provides a fulfilling opportunity to support students during the lunchtime break, contributing to the positive and inclusive educational environment that defines Axcis Education.

Position: Midday Supervisor
Hours: 10 hours per week
Weeks: 46 weeks per year [Term Time Only]
Working Time: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, five days per week

Main Duties:
Supervision and Conduct: Ensure the welfare, security, and good conduct of children during the midday break, upholding the expected standards of school discipline.

Dining Arrangements: Oversee dining arrangements, including maintaining the hygiene of pupils and the dining area. This includes supervising toileting, hand washing, cleaning spillages, and modelling good table manners.

Activities: Provide and organise suitable indoor and outdoor activities for the children during playtime.

Inclusion and Support: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils and provide pastoral support when needed.

First Aid: Administer basic first aid where appropriately trained. This may include recording minor accidents and ensuring that relevant staff are informed. Ensure more serious incidents are brought to the attention of the First-Aider.

**Requirements**:
No previous experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
A genuine desire to work with children is essential.
