The Wave is a slice of the ocean inland, where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can experience the joy of surfing and its many physical and mental health benefits Our Camp consists of 25 beautiful safari style tents located just meters from the Waves accommodating up to 8 guests each._

As a **Campsite Assistant **at The Wave you will play an essential part in our guest and visitors overall experience and contribute to the amazing experience they will have when they come to stay at The Camp or use our clubhouse. This is the perfect role to start your Seasonaire life, giving you the skills to go onto seasons abroad

**Our Campsite Assistants**:
**Carry out housekeeping tasks to keep our camp looking beautiful.**
- Carry out change over cleans of our safari tent accommodation
- Prepare and organise linen
- Prepare the cleaning carts to be able to restock consumables within the tents
- Support our refuse and recycling procedure
- Look after our customer and staff toilets; showers; changing facilities
- Use The Wave systems to complete and tick off daily & weekly cleaning tasks and communicate with team
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects when requested in the camp and in the wider site

**Carry out customer service tasks to help keep our camp running smoothly.**
- Provide an excellent customer experience through a polite and helpful approach to our guests and visitors
- Support the arrival and departure customer journey
- Help guests with their luggage
- Using our Anytime Booking system for check ins and outs
- Driving our bus to transport luggage
