College Support Worker

**Salary**: £10.56 per hour

Hours: 29 hours per week, term time only

Contract: Permanent (38 week contract)

Location: Lincoln

About the role:
The role will involve giving guidance and assistance with personal needs, domestic tasks, mobility and general independence skills. Providing effective and sensitive support to designated learners, you will contribute to their development in all areas of their college programme.

About you:
Although previous experience of working with adults with learning difficulties and disabilities is desirable, it is not essential. We will provide full training and support to complete a Care Certificate as part of your employment.

Additional in-house training is provided to ensure person-centered services that enable individuals to develop skills and behaviours to live independent lives.
