Neighbourhood Officer

Here at Halton Housing we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Neighbourhood Officer to work across our vibrant organisation.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the properties in a specific geographical area and carry out core tasks, ensuring your area is managed according to its needs
- Support vulnerable customers in understanding their choices and responsibilities in the initial 6-week period of the tenancy
- Carry out a robust assessment of needs to establish the correct individual Early Intervention Plan
- Inspect all areas of customer’s homes to determine the property condition

**What You’ll Need**:

- Be educated to appropriate qualification/experience: Level 3 CIH or equivalent experience
- Have a solid working knowledge and/or understanding of relevant legislation and regulation in housing and welfare reform
- Able to analyse and monitor information/data, identify trends and recommendations
- Able to manage core systems and balance conflicting priorities
