As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee university admissions campaigns, ensuring targets are met, and resolving any challenges that may arise.

As a Student Counsellor at Pick A Uni, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students in their journey towards finding the right university and course. You will be responsible for reaching out to new leads who are interested in pursuing higher education and providing them with comprehensive support and guidance from start to end.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to new leads interested in attending university.
- Guiding potential students through our portal/app.
- Assess the eligibility of potential students and provide advice based on their interests, aspirations, and academic background.
- Offer detailed information about various universities, courses, and career paths to help students make informed decisions.
- Provide personalized career advice based on individual preferences and goals.
- Verify and review documents submitted by students and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter student data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process student files to the next stage in accordance with internal procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting students' educational pursuits.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive documents securely.
- Proficient in data entry and using CRM systems.

**Salary**: £21,491.28-£25,198.74 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
