We have a great opportunity for a super organised, proactive individual to work as a Junior Office Assistant for an Estate Agents based in Liverpool Street, London.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 6:30pm and Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

**Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing a high volume of property inspections
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize computerized systems for document management and organization
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed
- Assisting with the key log for lettings viewings, contractors, tenants, etc

**The Office Coordinator needs to be**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Passionate about providing excellent Customer Service
- Approachable and friendly
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team
- Flexible and proactive

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
