**The Conference & Banqueting Role**

We are looking for a Conference & Banqueting Porter to assist the Conference & Banqueting team with ensuring the smooth running of the events department, while providing a warm and professional service to our guests. We are looking for a C&B Porter, who is dedicated, hardworking, polite, a team player and customer focused. This role you will be working 42.5 hours per week over 5 days a week.
- Assist in all conference and banqueting operations and ensure the smooth and efficient service of events.
- Ensure guests are served in a professional, courteous and informative way.
- Have a good understanding of our event rooms, capacities, set up’s as well as our food and beverage offering.
- Together with the C&B team be responsible for the preparation and set up of the event rooms.
