Trainee Trade Mark Attorney

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to our clients. You will have excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate orally and in writing. You will need to be self-motivated and work both independently and as part of a wider team. The role will require you to undertake external training courses, supported by in-role learning where we will help you progress to professional qualification as a trade mark attorney.

In return, you will work with the wider team and be given responsibility for managing your own deadlines and caseload. The role will include plenty of variety, including a wide variety of clients. You will gain experience in a range of areas, including but not limited to, protection of trade marks, contentious proceedings, marketing, monitoring and enforcing rights and clearance and protection of trade marks. You will also need to take a proactive approach to your work and have the ability to meet deadlines.
