**Title**: Shipping Coordinator (12 months FTC)

**Salary**: 27000£ + bonus + benefits

**Location**: Derby, UK

Pod Talent are delighted to be partnering up with a globally recognized and fast-paced fashion brand who are looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator the join their team

As a Shipping Coordinator you will ensure a daily smooth delivery by liaising with members of different teams, being an active team player with excellent communication skills.

**What you will be doing**:

- Be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end order process of shipments, ensuring all data, paperwork and communication are accurate and up-to-date;
- Managing daily shipping issues, cooperating and building relationships with colleagues and external partners in order to improve processes already in place and ensure efficiency and productivity;
- Assessing the performance of the supply chain, providing support in finding/creating improvement opportunities that will make the shipping operations more effective, well controlled and run smoothly;
- Aid projects within Shipping & Logistics, which includes shipping operations in two big international markets.

**About you**:

- Professional individual who is experienced in shipping and logistics and has worked in similar role previously as well as imports and exports;
- Savvy individual who is able to understand and interpret different processes and documents such as C88, CFSP or/and E2;
- Knowledgeable and understanding of INCOTERMS (DDP, FOB, FCA);
- A well organised, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
