- Utilise excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and nurture professional relationships through business development calls

- Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Adept at using recruitment software and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
- A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
