This is a role where you’ll be dealing with a variety of ER cases You will be challenged, work hard but you get to go home at the end of the day and switch off.

As the ER Advisor you will provide a 1st class service to employees and managers providing advice and guidance on a wide range of employment issues. This is your opportunity to join an organisation where you can really make an impact.

**On a day to day basis as the ER Advisor / HR Advisor you will**:

- Manage cases on issues around HR Policy and procedures, complex T&Cs, employee relations matters, redundancies, performance management and reward & benefits.
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on how to follow best practice, processes and associated risks
- Manage casework and working closely with HR Business Partners on more high risk cases.

**ER Advisor / HR Advisor - Key Skills Needed**:

- Existing experience in managing a high-volume cases
- Extensive experience of managing ER cases and have a good knowledge of employment legislation
- Highly organized, able to manage your own workload.
- Worked within a large business
