**The role**:
In this busy and fast-paced role, you will work closely with other members of our stock control teams where your role will include tracking our stock levels across the Bo'ness site using online stock management systems. You will work with your Manager to ensure we have the necessary stock levels on site and inbound to fulfil our orders as well as ensuring the correct amount of stock reaches our clients.

you will be managing the day to day running of key suppliers, and the effective ordering of materials for production teams use. Administration and data capture of transport and storage costs are key to the role.

This is a fast-paced position where you'll always have something to do, and we will provide the appropriate training to complete your role.

**Job Duties**:
- Order Processing - placing order against Forecast in a timely efficient manner to ensure supply to production and customer- Waste management - ensure disposals are kept to a minimum through effective stock control and best practises-
- NPD - Participate in NPD processes and production trials where required to ensure that they run successfully- Returnable trays / containers - assist with administration and effective controlled collections of Returnable trays / containers- Communication - Communicate effectively with Production around materials supply and highlight issues to Stock Control Seniors / manager- Health & Safety - ensure stores capacities are upheld and managed, assist with and show H&S best practises- Administration - assist management with administration tasks and data capture, this will include - transport costs / KPI data capture / offsite storage costs- Assist and resolve Invoice queries through effective control of receipts and work hand in hand with site accounts team

**About You**:

- Team Player, High standard of communication and organisational skills- Willing to learn new processes and self-start on daily tasks- Understanding of H&S and impact on the role- PC literate. Numerate - Literate in written and spoken English- “Can Do” approach/ positive attitude- Flexible attitude towards work patterns/hours of work- Able to deal with a variety of potentially difficult situations with confidence

**Must Haves**:
- Have previously worked in similar role within a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment- Have a good understanding of food safety best practice.- Know how to work as part of a team- Have an excellent attention to detail
