Social Media Volunteers Wanted

Do you have an eye for great Social Media content? We are looking for new volunteers to help us keep our social media channels fresh and updated and reach out to the local community with our items, promotions and events

**If you can spare just a few hours each week in Helensburgh to help us regularly update our social media channels we want to hear from you** We don't look for previous experience, just that you are honest, reliable and trustworthy with a positive approach to volunteering.

Here's what you could be doing in the shop:

- Overseeing the display of our social media channels
- Posting unique and interesting content
- Photographing items for posting
- Reaching out to the local community via social media
- Handling questions and comments on our social media
- Helping us post recruitment adverts
- Promoting events in the shop, sales and other relevant promotions
- Updating customers with news about the shop

People volunteer at Oxfam Helensburgh for many reasons. It is a great way to get involved in the local community, meet new people, learn valuable and transferrable work skills, boost CVs or simply having fun working for a great cause This is a great role if you are interested in social media or online marketing, and have a few hours to spare each week to help

Please note, this is an unpaid volunteer position, however reasonable travel and lunch expenses can be covered.
