We have an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Handler to join a leading Automotive Insurance Administrator based in Warwick. As Complaints Handler you will provide support to its customer service operation and assist with ensuring regulation requirementsare followed throughout all complaint procedures. The role will be focused around ensuring the customer complaint is correctly handled and looking to mitigate future complaints through effective training.

As a Complaints Handler you will asses, evaluate and investigate all complaints. You will look to establish the root cause of the complaint and use this data to provide analysis to senior stakeholders. Along with investigating complaints you will also assistwith the implementation of process and training of the customer service team. Additionally you will also look to manage and mitigate costs associated with complaints.

The role is a permanent position working Monday - Friday; 8.30am-5pm and operating a hybrid working pattern of 2 days at home and 3 days working from their modern Warwick office. On offer is a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum with an opportunity fora performance based bonus.
