**Role**

Sefton Council Building Services is seeking to appoint an experienced Construction Services and Compliances Support Officer with experience of operating and updating proprietary data systems. This role involves dealing with the various administrative duties associated with carrying out statutory mechanical and electrical compliance testing and monitoring.

**Job Requirements**:
The post holder will be required to provide a borough wide service to all council department and schools. Practical experience of administration, data entry and updating records and dealing with sites and contractors enquiries is essential. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and act as the internal and external liaison with the various parties involved in delivering this key service in a busy office. We are looking for a highly organised individual with a strong customer focus and ability to use their initiative, work with limited supervision and accept responsibility for their work.

Experience of working with databases is essential along with a genuine commitment to working to high standards and providing a quality service at all times.
