Kingswood Group are working with a manufacturing business close to Chelmsford to recruit an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager to support the management team with all aspects of Accountancy and Financial business decisions.

The role will include
- All aspects of Management Accounts
- Cost Analysis and Variances
- Setting budgets for the company and commentary relating to this
- Cash Flow forecasts and reporting
- Assisting the management team with business decisions based on financial results and working to make continuous improvement in the department, increasing efficiencies of existing processes
- Team management and training of one direct report
- Working with external accountant regarding payroll and statutory responsibilities.
- Conducting business meetings on behalf of the management.
