If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a passion for making the patient journey as comfortable as possible we have just the role for you.

Working as a Health Care Assistant at Practice Plus Group, Ilford, you’ll provide support to the nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a high standard of care to patients in a safe and caring environment..

Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.

**Working 37.5 hours a week with the shifts or 07.45-17.45 and 11.00-21.00**

**What you'll be doing**:
The role involves direct contact with patients and their families and therefore you need to be empathetic, friendly and have with good interpersonal skills as well as;
- The ability to promote safe patient care
- The ability to recognise and give priority to the needs of patients while maintaining respect, dignity and having an individualised approach to patient services
- Good basic communication and interpersonal skills

**What we’ll look for in you**:

- We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn and develop in the role, but most importantly someone who understands the value of team work and a good work ethic.
- **The ideal applicant will have**
- You will have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to undertake training to gain further clinical skills.
- Experience or a good understanding of a HCA duties and responsibilities
- The ability to receive and communicate information accurately and take instruction from professional colleagues.
- The flexibility to fit into internal rotating shift pattern
