**Job Title**: Junior Mortgage Broker | Advisor

**Role** **Summary**:Having recently secured your mortgage qualification and started managing your first few clients, it's now time to work for a fast-paced company specialising in the popular holiday letting sector.

You will be responsible for helping new and existing customers find the best holiday let mortgage solution to help them complete on their dream holiday home. Owning each client case from first contact through to completion, this job gives you the opportunity to build strong professional relationships, have ownership of interesting cases knowing that your work will truly make a difference.

**Salary**:Basic salary £28,000 to £30,000 pa, depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly Cash Bank bonus scheme. Some of our successful advisors already earn well in excess of £50,000+ pa.

**The detail**
- Motivated, hungry for success and naturally fast paced, you will juggle multiple clients all at different stages of their transaction, chasing up underwriters and keeping clients moving along towards completion
- Intelligent, naturally comfortable with figures, with the ability to strip down a complex case into simple parts and then find the right mortgage solution
- Trustworthy, honest, reliable and easy going. Some of our high net worth clients will challenge you
- A natural eye for detail, slowing down to make sure tough cases are handled correctly and accurately

**Your background**
- Good GCSE grades with A’s and B’s, and ideally good A level grades and potentially a degree level qualification
- CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification and current CAS status
- A good understanding of the mortgage market and mortgage administration process, ideally with examples of arranging buy to let and holiday let mortgages
- Fully versed with modern compliance requirements and has an excellent track record of keeping cases accurate and fully filed with no penalties
