**Graphic Designer - 6 Month Maternity Cover**

**Role Description**

We are seeking a graphic designer to join our hard working, and friendly marketing team based on an initial 6 month contract for maternity cover. (This could possibly be extended dependent on circumstances)

**Duties include**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure that all design solutions meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all deliverables maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.

**Experience required for the role**:

- Have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Strong aesthetic skills, including typography and layout.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of the print process and preparing print-ready artwork.
- Ability to use both Mac an PC
- Effectively interact with team members across the business.
- Good at problem-solving, innovative, highly organised and detail orientated.
- Display a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Have at least 3 years of design experience in-house or agency.

**Desirable skills/qualifications**:

- Have a basic understanding of Premier Pro and After Affects.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent.

**Pay: Circa £30,000.00 pa DOE**

free parking

**No Hybrid working currently **- office based at BD4 6SG

**Full time or part time hours are negotiable**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
