Our client is looking to appoint a Property Factoring Officer, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 8-12 weeks. The role can be based in either Inverness or Invergordon with regular site visits across the area. Travel is an essential part of the role with access to car required (expenses paid). Hybrid working is available.

Duties include:

- To provide financial and legal administration of factoring services, including debt recovery.
- Provide professional residential factoring services to Owners, Clients and Residents' Committees, complying with legislation, internal policies and procedures.
- Carry out site visits and inspections and provide owners with planned repairs and cyclical maintenance reports.
- Deliver a service in line with owner Title Deeds, the Property Factoring Code of Conduct and the Tenement (Scotland) Act 2004
- Provide professional residential factoring and communal area services.
- Organise and carry out Scheme Decisions, arrange and host meetings with owners in relation to property factoring and general property maintenance issues.
- Support the Factoring Assistant to maintain a database of ownership, property and repair details for properties.

**Person specification**
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Experience of the property sector preferred but not essential.
- The Factoring Officer role will require a driving licence and access to a car for business use as there will be site visits to undertake in areas of operations across the Highlands.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.

**Salary**: From £34,000.00 per year
