- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify potential issues or hazards and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily activity logs, materials usage, and labor hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
