**Job Role: Account Handler - Signage**
**Location: Aylesbury**
**Salary: £26K-£30K depending on experience**
This person will be responsible for managing incoming calls and enquiries, managing existing accounts, customer servicing, and ensuring that clients have a first point of contact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and existing accounts via outstanding customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
- Understanding and interpreting customer enquiries, provide signage guidance and expertise
- Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
- Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
- Follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
- Manage all activity on the business CRM system
**Requirements**:
- Proven industry experience within Large Format Graphics and Signage
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
