Sales Administrator / Order Processing Administrator for a well-established sales Company selling bedroom furniture, you will be joining a small friendly team who and be dedicated to the processing of customer orders and accurately inputting information into the company ERP system.

For this Sales Admin role you will need to have a great telephone manner, be customer focussed, work accurately and efficiently. You will also work well as be part of a team. The company also looks to develop and promote from within the business so career development is a realistic possibility.

Ideally Located - Purley, Sutton, Croydon, Caterham, Warlingham, Kenley

Salary - £20,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience + Pension
- Experience in Sales Administration and Order Processing.
- Be experienced at receiving and inputting customer orders and information into automated / specialist sales systems (ERP).
- Have a very good telephone manner and be customer focussed.
- Generate order confirmations.
- Communicate with customers regarding lead times, pricing, deliveries and schedule changes
- Ensure all commodity codes are allocated to all items
- Ensure verbal customer orders are followed by a supporting written confirmation of the order as soon as is possible.
- Working with the Finance Department to resolve any financial queries relating to the customer account as soon as the query is raised and keep complete paper trail at all times.
- Process import shipping activities.
- To plan, organise, and prioritise work activities over weeks/months ahead in order to satisfy customer expectations.
- Develop effective working relationships with all levels of staff and customers
