- Provide recommendations and advice on destinations, attractions, and travel packages
- Research and gather information on travel options, such as prices, availability, and restrictions
- Make reservations and issue tickets for clients
- Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans
- Ensure all necessary travel documents and visas are obtained
- Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and changes in regulations

- Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and attractions
- Familiarity with reservation systems and booking platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
