Joiner

We have a requirement for a Joiner for a 9 - week contract in the centre of Southampton. You will be working on a retail store refurbishment and the role will entail replacing and installing timber joists and boarding.

This is night work - 8pm - 6pm, Sunday to Thursday and there is also weekend work every other week.

You must have a valid CSCS Card, be reliable and have your own tools.

**Duties**:

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wooden components
- Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cutting and shaping
- Install joists and boards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in joinery or carpentry
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 9 weeks

Pay: £28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
