You'll perform a wide range of IT tasks and will act as first point of contact, supporting all users in a first/second line support role. The position will involve dealing with the full range of general IT support requests including problem-shooting a widerange of technical problems, procurement, setting up new employees & making recommendations for future initiatives in line with new technology developments & best practice.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responding to requests for IT support/assistance from users promptly & efficiently
- Resolving technical issues on a "first time fix" basis wherever possible, escalating more complex issues to the IT Managers promptly where appropriate
- Undertaking research on service providers and/or IT equipment
- Undertaking set up activities as required for new employees (PC Build & upgrade) in a timely manner

**Key Stakeholders**
- You will work with colleagues across all offices, and external service providers (Microsoft, Dell etc).
- Experience of operating in/resolving issues associated with a windows environment (Microsoft Office 365/Windows 10/11)
- Proven experience of operating in some sort of similar first-line support role
- Be of a willing, friendly & helpful nature & possess excellent communication abilities
- Willing to travel to other offices as / when required (a driver would be an advantage)
- Technical documentation skills

You will ideally have some experience of working with:

- Android phone systems,InDesign,AutoCAD

**Salary £22,500 - £24000. 31 days holiday (23 + 8 Bank Hols), Health Insurance & 6% Employer pension.**

Full time office based 9-5:30 or 9:30-6pm.12 month contract though a strong possibility it could be extended.
