Health & Fitness Receptionist - Woodbury Park Hotel & Golf Club

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team on either permanent or part time in our vibrant health & fitness club.

Our club is home to Technogym equipment, over 70 work-out stations/ equipment, offering 120+ studio classes per week and a 18m pool accompanied with steam room, sauna and 2 hydro-pools.

**Job Purpose**:
Your main goal in this position should be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience.

**Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills which would be desirable**:

- Qualification in Pool Plant Operation
- Qualification in National Pool Lifeguarding
- Relevant reception, administrative and leisure experience within a fast-moving environment
- Confident telephone manner as well as good written English and computer skills
- The ability to use your initiative and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills
- Previous experience in Hospitality/Leisure and a flexible approach to working (including weekends and Public Holidays)

**Contracts Available**:

- 40 hours per week (full time, 5 days out of 7)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Due to the rural location of Woodbury Park, applicants must have access to their own transport and a full, clean UK driving licence.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
