Easthope Stained Glass Studios have been trading as a family run business since 1957. Consequently, we have acquired extensive expertise within traditional and contemporary stained glass/ leaded light windows. Our project portfolio ranges from national trust properties to Grade 1 & 2 listed buildings and churches throughout the UK.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a part-time, telesales and customer relations assistant to join our team.

Role Overview

As our telesales and customer relations assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our company forward, promoting our services to current and potential clients. Your ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English will be essential. By following structure and guidelines, you will engage with customers, address their questions, identify and overcome objections to secure meetings. Your attention to detail in maintaining accurate records will contribute towards a successful programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote services over the phone
- Follow structure and guidelines provided by our company
- Identify and overcome objections
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information
- Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation

**Requirements**:

- Experience in marketing and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, delivered with confidence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programmes.
