**Site Assistant / Caretaker**

Prospero Teaching are working on behalf of a large SEN School located in Bournemouth to recruit a responsible caretaker to start as soon as possible.

As a caretaker within the school, you will be expected to work within guidelines and have a good knowledge of/previous experience of working with the varying responsibilities associated.
**- Ensure the good upkeep and security of the school premises, buildings and grounds**
**- Undertake a range of minor repairs, maintenance and decorating**
**- Provide a first class service to hirers of our artificial turf pitch and other school facilities**
**- Work in a flexible manner for the needs of students and the school**

This role is a 37 hour contract.

**CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS**
- Location - Bournemouth
- Position - School Caretaker
- Start date - ASAP
- Duration / Likely Duration - Long Term Temporary
- End date (if applicable) - N/A
- Contract type - Temporary
- Full time/part time -Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate is £90.00
- Hours - 9.30am-18.00pm

**EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- To have some experience of being a caretaker within the public sector/school
- To have completed a safeguarding course or a willingness to undertake a safeguarding course.

**TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST**:

- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Provide two professional references
