**Responsibilities**:

- Being a referral point within the branch
- Always adhering to individual underwriting authority limit
- Understanding processes and procedures required whilst meeting clients demands and needs
- Delivering excellent customer service, meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively for new business
- Calculating new business, renewals and MTA premiums in accordance with specific carrier’s risk guidelines or consulting with insurers for all non-delegated authority business
- Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Handling complaints in line with current processes

**Required**:

- 3 years minimum experience working within a broking or underwriting environment
- CII qualification or working to obtain the qualification is desirable
