**Position**: Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

**Salary**: From £90 a day, based on experience

**About the Role**:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting teachers, students, and the overall educational environment. You will work closely with the teaching staff to provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions, and create a positive learning atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting teachers in planning and preparing engaging lessons.
- Leading small group activities and providing one-on-one support to students.
- Managing classroom behavior and promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Delivering pre-designed lessons and activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Contributing to assessments, progress tracking, and reporting on students' development.
- Collaborating with fellow teaching assistants and educators to enhance learning outcomes.

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in an educational setting.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting students' growth and development.
- As part of our safer recruitment policy you will be required to have or be able to obtain a fully enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service, this is something we can assist with.
