The Role
- Dealing mainly with Commercial accounts
- Administration duties for mid-term adjustments, renewals, and new business files
- Preparing proposal forms and checklist for renewals and new business
- Process all paperwork in accordance with business procedures and service standards
- Keeping abreast of market conditions and developments
- Handling and responding to requests and queries quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Produce and issue policy documentation
- Building up detailed knowledge about the company's products
- Proven experience of account handling within the insurance industry
- Ideally Cert CII Qualified (or studying towards)
- Strong relationship building and communication stills
- A strong desire to maintain technical Insurance Knowledge through managing your own CPD
- Knowledgeable in multiple classes of commercial business
- High commercial awareness and be confident in your decision making
- An ability to work as a part of a team
- Capable of working under pressure, with multiple tasks and to strict timescales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
