**Here you will also get leads from the in-house business development team. They put on 150 pre-retirement seminars every year to 15-20 delegates. And with significant take up you will get a steady source of clients with planning needs.**
You’ll also get great support. You will have access to a sizeable paraplanning team. And you’ll get your own assistant who will be at least CertPFS qualified.
**So you will work within an advice team where the average level of production is c£300,000 and increasing. A firm where the average salary is close to six-figures (more on that below). And one that is very proud of its Chartered status.**It has a unique way of rewarding you. Salaries are reviewed on a 6 monthly basis. So as you write more (both initial and ongoing) your salary will rise. And rise. And rise.**
You don't need to be Level 6 but you'll want to get there. You’ll have to have a good track record and a stable job history. And you’ll have ethics befitting a Chartered practice.
