Graphic Designer

Attract & Engage is a small, family-run Marketing & PR agency based in Billericay High St with big plans. We work with ambitious small to medium sized businesses across a range of industries, providing PR, marketing and communication support to build brand awareness and increase their sales.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our small, but growing team. You’ll be supporting our clients with best-in-class designs, and will be integral to helping build the business itself.

**Primary responsibilities (not limited to )**
- Creating innovative & dazzling B2B designs
- Social media templates/posts - Static, video & animated
- Presentations (primarily powerpoint)
- Case Studies
- Brochures/Leaflets
- Business Reports
- Editing & proofing content
- Client relations & management where applicable
- Support the account teams with forward-planning client content calendars
- Maintain efficient processes for ongoing content gathering, and digital filing

**Competencies**
- Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva are the fundamentals. Experience with After Effects is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience of WordPress would be helpful too but not a deal breaker.
- Rigorous - Takes personal responsibility for impeccable quality of work.
- Defining briefs and interviewing stakeholders to further the team's understanding of the work.
- Support with conceptual work as required (campaign ideas, creative direction etc.)
- Calm - Undaunted by a challenge. Capable of breaking a task down into bite sized chunks.
- Confident - Able to engage with team/clients in a friendly ‘can-do’ attitude

**Who are you?**
- Someone who has at least 5 years experience in a graphic design role, proficient & proven in project management, client service and design.
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and get hands on.
- A self starter who can take ownership of projects & lead on ideas to help grow clients businesses
- Happy to mentor and share experience with less experienced team members.
- Want to further your career, an opportunity to grow & develop, but perhaps needs something to fit around family life.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-player attitude are essential, as the team work closely together to achieve the best results for clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £1,000.00-£1,500.00 per month
