**About the Role**:

- The Church Street Partnership is looking to recruit a full-time administrator, to provide a professional administrative services to the practice, supporting the GPs and operations manager. The post-holder will be part of a small team, but often required to work alone, using a high level of initiative and decision making within limited parameters.

The post-holder will be responsible for good record-keeping, read coding, supporting delivery of the Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF), key performance indicators, enhanced services and other performance measurements.

The main responsibilities include:

- Undertake all necessary contract administration to ensure that the practice maximises its income from the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and enhanced services contracts.
- Manage the QOF list for practice, this will include sending communications to patients to invite them for annual review, calling patients for annual review, taking calls from patients booking annual review appointments, ordering tests for review appointments, updating spreadsheets of appointments booked and attended.
- Manage and review recall lists to support the other contractual obligations of the practice, this will involve contacting patients to invite them in for chronic illness disease clinics, vaccinations, tests and reviews.
- Ensure that appropriate correspondence, reports, results etc., are recorded, actioned and stored in accordance with practice protocol and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Support seasonal and various health campaigns to increase patient uptake.
- Assist in producing information for clinical audit, screening and chronic disease management in order to optimize recall and review process.
- Provide support to the administrative team and wider practice as and when needed.
- To provide and maintain the information required for QOF, enhanced services & the primary care quality.
- Premium recall and targets, this will include checking data as necessary and liaising with the practice teams to improve performance.
- To monitor, and amend where required patient records to ensure records are kept up to date, this will include; updating personal details, coding to update the medical care record, asking patients for information opportunistically when they are on the phone.
- Keep up to date with changes to QOF as required

- Adaptable and friendly with strong administration, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communicators who work in a confidential and discreet manner and are able to think on their feet in a busy working environment
- Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain high level of attention to detail when under pressure
- Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently
- Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
