I am working with an NHS organisation in London who are seeking an interim Corporate Governance Manager for three-six months paying up to £260 p/d.
The role will be hybird, two days on site/three days at home.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Corporate Governance**
- Contribute to the review of the Trust’s core governance documents.
- Support the Associate Director of Corporate Governance to ensure that the Trust complies with the relevant legislative framework and ensures good standards of compliance with all matters of corporate governance.
- Act as a point of communication between staff and the Trust Board reporting in a timely and accurate manner on corporate procedures and developments.
- Lead on the development of good corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Review and update the Standing Orders on an annual basis in conjunction with Associate Director of Corporate Governance.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
- Responsibility for the management of registers (via Civica Declare) including but not limited to declaration of interests, gifts and hospitality
