**Overview**
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Identifying consistent feedback from clients and feeding back to the operations team.
- Handling client queries and concerns efficiently
- Processing manual reference checks in line with lettings industry standards
- Documenting and feeding back to the wider team of any technical issues.
**Required Skills**:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Confident phone manner and excellent customer service
- Prioritise work and maintain client satisfaction
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Ability to follow and manage a task management system effectively
**Preferred Skills**:
- Interest in the lettings industry
- Ability to use and maintain CRM systems and administration site
- Deal with sensitive client data with compassion and understanding
**Nice to have**:
- Understanding of the lettings industry and tenant referencing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
