**At the Coffee Cart Company we share a love of great coffee, good food and friendly vibes. We are looking for consistent, efficient and friendly Shift Leaders for our Hereford Shops. In depth Barista training courses available to all staff, complimentary drinks when working and discounts on food and drinks when visiting.**

**SHIFT LEADERS: supported by your Shop Floor Manager you will assist in**:

- The day to day running of the store in line with the Coffee Cart Company’s policies and procedures
- The delivery of high standards of presentation and customer service
- Developing and maintaining a positive and happy work environment
- Training new Baristas on the shop floor.
- Retaining the cleanliness of the store and managing the cleaning schedule to keep the store clean and tidy.
- Key holding - securing cash/company property
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensure all on site stock and equipment is maintained properly
- Cash handling, cashing up and producing end-of-day till/PDQ reads; managing daily floats
- **Barista experience preferable but not essential as full training will be given.**_
- **For this role you must be available to work at weekends.**_ _**Please also note that you will need to be available for either the early shift (starting 06:00 hrs) or the afternoon shift (finishing 19:30 hrs) or a mix of both.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
