This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy independent practice in Syston, leading our front of house team and ensuring the smooth running of a busy reception area.

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, who is flexible, reliable and able to work well within the team. They must be a positive and supportive leader to their colleagues and team whilst actively promoting and developing the practice.

A good telephone manner, the ability to stay calm and prioritise your workload under pressure, along with the flexibility to cover holiday and sickness when necessary is also key to this position.

This is a rewarding role with plenty of scope for progression. All our receptionists are members of the BVRA and work towards their accredited veterinary receptionist award. Our fulltime reception team work a 4 day week with shifts between the hours of 8.00am & 6.30pm and 1:3 Saturday mornings.

Supporting our branch manager and working alongside our head nurse, previous veterinary receptionist experience is essential to this role. Experience managing teams will be highly beneficial along with excellent organisational and communication skills.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
