**Working Pattern - Full Time**

**Working hours - 36.25 hours per week**

Contract type - Fixed term contract until Nov 24 to cover maternity leave.

The role will include:

- First point of contact for day-to-day recruitment enquires.
- Supporting a wide range of resourcing activities.
- Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Delivering a high-quality recruitment administration service.
- Supporting key performance measures.
- Attending jobs and careers fairs.

**About you**

- Demonstratable experience of working within an HR or Recruitment/Resourcing environment.
- Experience of developing good working relationships and an excellent team player.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Keen prioritisation skills, managing multiple priorities.
- The ability to work flexibly and at pace.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible approach and commitment to improving service delivery.
- Clear communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Excellent IT skills.
