Charity People are thrilled to be supporting Zoe's Place Baby Hospice; an organisation which places compassion at the heart of their philosophy. With three sites across the country, we are looking for a driven leader to become their next Head of Fundraisingbased in Middlesbrough.
You would be joining at a pivotal point in the development of the organisations overall fundraising strategy and will play a key part in helping to shape and deliver that at a local level. Working with an experienced and supportive Director of Fundraising you'lldevelop and manage the fundraising team, to generate income across all income streams at the Middlesborough Hospice. You'll also get to work collaboratively with the Heads of Fundraising from their other Hospice's in Liverpool and Coventry.
If you are an experienced fundraiser who puts the delivery of outstanding donor engagement and building longer term sustainable relationships with supporters at the heart of your strategic planning, we would love to hear from you Managing a team of 5, thisrole is suited to someone coming with management experience, however we would also like to chat to fundraisers who are looking to develop their management experience.
If you are confident, caring, ambitious and organised, with the ability to think creatively and strategically, as well as influence, motivate and persuade others, this is the role for you.
This role will be based on site at the Hospice with lots of opportunity to work from home. We are really open to flexible working requests so please get in touch
