Service Desk Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments with Customers to download footage from vehicles.
- Commission newly installed equipment to ensure that the system is working correctly
- Day to day activity associated with the Service Desk workload and mailbox
- Working with customers to identify problems and advise on appropriate solutions
- Liaising with the Engineering Department, Field Engineers and Account Managers where required

**Experience**:

- One year gained in a Service Desk or Call Centre environment, or demonstrable experience of exceeding Customer expectations within a busy environment

**Education/Qualifications**:

- High school or equivalent, good standard of English and Maths.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Colburn, DL9 4QJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
