The role
We’re looking for permanent breakfast assistant to help create an exceptional guest experience. For motivated individuals with great people skills, this role provides an opportunity for rewarding work within a successful and expanding organization.
What you’ll do
- Serving customers in a friendly, timely, relaxed yet professional manner
- Working in both the bar and on the floor if required
- Preparing beverages (hot/cold) to the required standard
- Ensuring the smooth running of your section
- Continually building upon company and product knowledge
- Keeping your section clean and tidy, including the floor area
- Ensure all bills are closed and correctly charged to the room, whether paid by cash or credit card (as instructed
- Informing your supervisor/manager of any customer-related issues or non-payment of bills
- Day shifts working 7am - 4pm with some weekends (part-time hours available)
