**As our Sales or Lettings Negotiator, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Identify and cultivate opportunities for financial and legal services leads, valuations, viewings, and customer reviews.
- Manage applicant registrations and follow-ups.
- Ensure outstanding viewings are handled efficiently, including follow-up, feedback, and confirmation.
- Provide support to other team members and assist the sales manager as needed.
- Offer guidance and advice to fellow team members.
- Demonstrate initiative to expand market share.
- Meet business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through your work.
- Collaborate with senior staff members to enhance overall performance.
- You possess honesty and trustworthiness, fundamental qualities in our industry.
- With at least one year of experience in Estate Agency, you bring valuable expertise to our team.
- Holding a full driving license is a must.
