At present MediPro are looking for an experienced Clinical Tutor (non-paramedic). This position would be suitable for an experienced Emergency Care Assistant ECA or Ambulance Care Assistant ACA, to be based out of our training centre in the Newmarket, but willing to travel to other training centres within the UK. Hybrid working which would include centres locations and remote working. This is a full-time permanent role (with an immediate start available), and comes with an attractive benefits package, these being:

**Job Purpose**

As an experienced Clinical Tutor (non-paramedic), you would need to take responsibility, as part of the education faculty, for providing professional education, learning and development, to a wide range of learners. But also, to plan, prepare and deliver each programme in an engaging, information and innovative way. As well as meeting the awarding and regulatory bodies’ requirements.

You would be responsible for managing the learners needs, including pastoral support, marking work and assignments.

**Key Areas**
- To be responsible for managing a case load of learners, including pastoral support, and marking of work/assignments.
- To support learner progress through regular contact, and appropriate feedback and action plans.
- Create and deliver engaging, informative, and innovative sessions that contribute to the learners’ journey and overall achievement.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment, across our centres.
- Maintain a high-level working knowledge of the Awarding Organisation requirements, for the qualification we deliver. But also, be familiar with the knowledge, skills and framework for the apprenticeships delivered at Medipro.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the Ofsted inspection framework, and your responsibilities within it.
- Maintain an appropriate CPD Portfolio.

**Personal Specification**

Experience & Work Achievements
- Must have at least 12 months within Patient Transport Service. _**Essential**_
- Experience working with apprenticeship and learner programmes. - _Desirable_
- Experience or knowledge of professional bodies - _Desirable_

Skills and Abilities
- The ability to work collectively with a number of differing stakeholders and adapt several styles, to get the best out of learners and colleagues. _**Essential**_
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office 365. - _**Essential**_
- Good time management and prioritisation skills. - _**Essential**_
- Excellent customer service skills, and communication skills (both verbal and written). - _**Essential**_
- Able to work under pressure to meet KPI’s and targets. - _**Essential**_
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information, as per GDPR and Safeguarding Policies. - _**Essential**_
- An understanding of the needs of Ambulance professional job roles. - _Desirable_
- Experience with Aptem or BUD learner operating systems. - _Desirable_
