Pontefract based financial planning firm are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the existing support team and provide exceptional support to the Advisers. You will benefit from a generous starting salary, working with a business who actively promote staff development.

If successful you will be expected to;
Maintain client records : Updating the firm's database
Request and chase provider information
Produce portfolio reports
Prepare client review packs
Produce review letters
Organise encashments
Client liaison
Processing incoming and outgoing post
Completing Business submission forms
Support the IFA with day to day administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies

Previous experience of working in a Financial Services environment would be desirable but not vital as full training will be given. Previous experience in an administrative role essential, along with proficient IT skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Subject to experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
