New Homes Site Rep

Ryder & Dutton New Homes Department is responsible for the sales and marketing of new homes on behalf of developer clients. The role involves working from a show house or sales cabin on site, meeting and greeting visitors, showing them around the site/properties, taking reservations and dealing with general enquiries. Sales experience is preferable but not necessary as full training will be given. This is an interesting role that requires an outgoing personality and requires individuals who are happy to work on their own. As well as earning a good hourly rate there are lots of opportunities to earn commission..

Hours of work are every Saturday and Sunday 11.00 am to 4.00 pm, Alternative hours are available of either 10:00am to 3:00pm or 12:00pm -5:00pm.

This is a temporary role that will finish when the last plot has been reserved.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: Up to £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay
