Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an established company based in East Grinstead who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.

**Main responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative**:

- Respond promptly to all inbound calls directed to the Customer Services department, efficiently transferring calls to relevant departments when necessary
- Assist customers with enquiries in a positive and solution-oriented manner, providing necessary support (training will be provided)
- Guide potential consumers through the purchasing process, offering assistance and information as needed
- Manage a personal inbox for queries, requests, and orders, while also overseeing sales inboxes
- Collaborate with sales representatives to address current and aftersales issues, including coordinating potential site visits
- Take ownership of and responsibility for any issues encountered during phone interactions, ensuring resolution to the customer's satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments to proactively resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer service

**Skills and experience needed to be the successful Customer Service Representative**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a clear and composed telephone demeanour, exhibiting calmness and professionalism
- Taking responsibility for overseeing issues
- Confident in handling customer issues
- Customer focused
- Strong IT skills
