Property Assessor

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Assessor with a keen eye for detail, within a family run inventory business based in Usk, Monmouthshire (established January 2015).

Area: South Wales and South West. As a company we cover a wide area, majority of work carried out will be Monmouthshire/Newport/Cardiff/Bristol.

Job purpose: To carry out Inventory and Check out reports within agreed timescales to a particular service standard (full training provided).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- To collect and return keys from the agent within agreed time frame.
- To carry out Inventories before tenants take occupation of a rental property.
- To carry out Check outs after the tenant vacates a rental property (occasionally meeting tenants at an agreed time for key handover).
- To compile reports with photographs using our software package provided, uploading and submitting reports for review.
- To ensure reports are submitted on time and service level agreements are met.

You will need your own transport and smartphone. Good command of the written English Language essential for report writing. Experience in the property industry advantageous, but not essential as rigorous training will be provided

**Salary**: £500.00-£2,000.00 per month
