**Location**: Barkston
**Full-time**: Monday to Friday
**Hours**: 05:30 - 17:30 (60 min break)
**Salary**:From £12.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for 360 Operators to join our Mid UK Recycling division at Barkston (near Grantham).

**Key aspects of the role include**:

- To promote and ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed
- To load material into the processing systems
- Ensuring that all checks are completed on equipment before use
- To carry out maintenance when required (if qualified)
- To report any damage/faults to management
- To keep the machine and the working area clean and tidy
- To contribute towards the efficient running of the operation
- Working in a team environment to achieve shift goals
- To perform other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require

**Skills / Experience**
- Competent with appropriate qualifications
- Mechanically minded, practical with a good attitude to housekeeping and cleanliness
- Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility at work and excellent reliability
- Work in an efficient and productive manner, without the need for continual direct supervision

**Qualifications**
- 360 ticket (Tracked/Wheeled Material Handler)
- Previous experience operating a 360 (Tracked/Wheeled Material Handler)

This is a hands-on role which will require an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, but also able to follow instructions and is keen to learn, in fast-paced, dynamic environment, within the Waste Management Sector.
